Current Position Description

Board of Directors
  • Current members of Radio Free Palmer.  It does not need to be a large donation.
  • Attend board meetings and board work sessions (2nd Monday of the month, 5:30pm –  7pm at the studio and in Zoom.)
  • Volunteer for the station.  This can take many forms.  Expect to participate in the annual fundraiser and in the on-air fund drives. Don’t be afraid. Fundraising involves much more than asking for money. It includes: identifying potential donors, writing thank you notes, hosting events for donors and even making thank you calls to donors.   
  • Be an enthusiastic ambassador of the station.  Share with others that you are a board member of Big Cabbage Radio.  
  • Read Conflict of Interest document and sign that you agree to its terms.
  • Live in the listening area
